Established in 2007 by our director Michael Acton,  PDP Property Services Ltd has built a strong reputation for reliability, quality, and professionalism in delivering refurbishment, reactive maintenance, and building improvement services exclusively to public-sector clients.

Operating from our base at White Cross Business Park in Lancaster, we work across the North West and beyond, supporting a wide range of organisations within education, local government, emergency services, and community facilities.

All members of our workforce are fully vetted and hold enhanced DBS checks, giving our clients full confidence in our ability to work within schools, community facilities, and other sensitive environments. Every team member receives comprehensive induction and ongoing training to maintain our high standards and uphold current legislation.
